Fort Washington Medical Center is committed to advancing the health and wellness of our patients by delivering the highest quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.
We provide a variety of opportunities for patients and families to give feedback about their care. One important way that we hear the voices of our patients is through surveys like the national Healthcare Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey and our own Inpatient Survey.
In these surveys we ask our patients to tell us about their total experience – from the ease of finding someone to speak with to their confidence and trust in our nurses and physicians and how quiet their rooms were at night.
We use this information to set improvement priorities as we work to continuously improve the care we provide to our patients and families.
