|Experience:||2-3 years of Medical/Surgical, Critical Care or Emergency Room Nursing|
|Licenseure:||Maryland Licensed as Registered Nurse, American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) provided by American Heart Association Case Management Certification from ACMA or CCM within 18 months of hire|
|Skills:||Utilization review and discharge planning experience. Able to use Milliman MCG or InterQual criteria o Ability to collaborate work with multiple people across the continuum spectrum of health care: MDs, RNs, ancillary services, patients, families, community vendors and other entities. o Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful, professional, and compassionate manner o Ability to coordinate patient focused care across the continuum to meet patients’ post-acute health care needs|
