The Administrative Supervisor is accountable for the coordination of clinical services and supervision of staff in the absence of Administration and department leadership. The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for facilitating patient care and ensuring that established nursing care standards are being met.

|Education:||Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field and training in legal and regulatory agency requirements.|
|Experience:||3 years acute care nursing experience in hospital supervision, nursing management or charge nurse experience within the last four years.|
|Licenseure:||Current Maryland or compact state nursing license.*|
|Skills:||Conflict resolution, communication skills and/or service excellence training. Exemplary interpersonal skills, discretion, mature demeanor, professional presence required, especially when interacting with clients, other employees and upper management.|
