Responsible for preparation and portioning of food items for patient meals. Tray assembly, breakdown after meals. Cafeteria responsibilities include: serving customers, cleaning tables and work areas, and proper sanitation. Work is performed under standard procedures requiring mostly repetitive decisions. Normal mental and visual attention, reasonable accuracy and some pressure during peak periods of operation.
- EDUCATION: High School Graduate / GED
- EXPERIENCE 1-2 years cooking experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- LICENSURE: None
- SKILLS: Read/Speak/Write English; communicate effectively, food handling techniques, can operate most common kitchen equipment.
