Community Screenings, Education & Wellness Activities Health Matters – Series of health topics presented by Fort Washington Medical Center healthcare professionals. We welcome the opportunity to visit with you and your community members to present health topics of interest. Community Health Fairs – Through our Blood Pressure Program, we provide free screenings at health fairs and events in our surrounding communities. Please contact us for further information. Requests must be made six weeks prior to event. Diabetes Education Program – Diabetes education classes are provided to assist individuals with managing diabetes through nutritional planning, medication management, and more!
