Fort Washington Orthopedics
Quality Care for Our Local Community
Relieving Pain, Restoring Motion.
This is the philosophy of the Joint Replacement Program at FWMC. Our community
has an increasing number of patients experiencing debilitating pain in
their hips, knees, and other joints. We developed a specialized orthopedic
program that focuses on joint replacement with a personal touch.
Fort Washington Medical Center's Joint Replacement Program has a family
friendly multidisciplinary team approach to the evaluation and treatment
of hips, knees, and other joints. This means that our team will be with
you every step of the way to ensure your surgery and recovery are a complete success.
Our experienced team includes board certified surgeons, board certified
anesthesiologists, nurses, physical therapists, case managers, and most
importantly, our patients. The team combines patient education, pathways
to motion, multimodal pain management and postoperative rehabilitation
to ensure each patient achieves desired outcomes.
